Ha colaborado como consultor y brand ambassador para marcas internacionales, y ha diseñado colecciones y proyectos de aromas y productos para coctelería profesional.

Su enfoque combina el valor del producto local con la innovación técnica, aportando una visión única y realista del futuro de la coctelería.
