Pepe Orts, a mixologist from Alicante renowned for his work with natural, botanical, and citrus ingredients, has spent more than a decade developing his own style that combines liquid gastronomy with business strategy.

He has worked as a consultant and brand ambassador for international brands, and has designed collections and projects involving aromas and products for professional mixology.

His approach combines the value of local products with technical innovation, offering a unique and realistic vision of the future of mixology.

In addition, as a trainer and speaker, he shares his experience at specialized centers, events, and conferences in the sector, inspiring professionals who are looking for more than just recipes: they are looking for purpose, independence, and growth.
